FAQ: What’s the difference between the Majestic Sovereign Heat Circulating and Radiant wood-burning fireplaces?

The Majestic Sovereign Heat Circulating fireplace features metal louvers positioned above and below the viewing area. These louvers allow for the optional installation of a blower fan, which is mounted beneath the firebox and pushes heated air out through the upper louvers. Because they are required for airflow, the louvers must remain exposed, giving the fireplace a more traditional appearance.

The Majestic Sovereign Radiant wood-burning fireplace does not include louvers. Without the need for airflow openings, the metal areas above and below the viewing window can be fully finished with non-combustible materials of your choice. This allows for a cleaner, more seamless, and modern design.
