Orders

Yes, return the original item and once we’ve received it back to our warehouse in “Like New” condition, we’ll refund you for that purchase, then have you purchase the replacement on a new order and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible.

The best way to make changes to an order after it is placed is to contact us at support@agentbbq.com with your order number and required modifications.

You can find your current and past order information under your Agent BBQ Profile once logged into your account.

Yes, all order update (i.e. Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, Delivery Updates, etc.) will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Shipping & Returns

Products ordered from Agent BBQ either ship directly from the manufacturer, or one of our many distribution centers.

Standard freight shipping includes free curbside delivery. After placing your order, the freight company will transport your order to their shipping terminal. Once there, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it on to your property. It is extremely important for you to provide your main contact number at the time of checkout, so that the shipping company can contact you.

At Agent BBQ, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following details to understand our shipping process:

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed as per our processing times. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time:
1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped with UPS, FedEx, or a freight service, depending on the size and nature of your order.

Transit Time:
5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that transit times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping on orders over $49.99 USD.
  • For orders under $49.99 USD, a shipping fee of $9.99 USD will apply.

Freight Shipping:
For larger items or bulk orders, we use freight shipping. Freight shipments are typically delivered on a pallet, and the delivery may occur curbside or as close to a garage door as possible. Some delivery companies may call to schedule a delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location.

Pre-Delivery Guidelines:
Please familiarize yourself with the delivery requirements for freight shipments to ensure a smooth process. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as visible damage, we advise inspecting your packages carefully and documenting any concerns.

Damage Reporting:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and send them to support@agentbbq.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Order Tracking:
Order tracking information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of shipment.

Item(s) must be in unused, unassembled condition and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

If your item qualifies for return, you can submit a return request to support@agentbbq.com.

  • Used items, including items that have been installed or assembled.
  • Clearance items.
  • Warehouse Deal Items.
  • Custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products.
  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the item description.
  • Items requested outside of the 30-day return period.
