The Crisbee Seasoning Puck is our go-to for Arteflame flat-top cooktops and griddle inserts, building a tough, naturally low-stick layer that resists rust, improves heat performance, and makes cleanup a breeze. How to Season (Quick Start)

Pre-clean & warm: Scrape the cooktop clean; heat to warm—not smoking.
Apply thinly: Using a folded paper towel or lint-free cloth and tongs/gloves, rub a rice-grain amount of Crisbee over the surface. Immediately wipe to an ultra-thin, nearly dry sheen.
Polymerize: Heat until the surface smokes lightly for a few minutes.
Repeat 2–3 times for first-time seasoning.
After each cook: While warm, scrape, wipe clean, and apply a whisper-thin coat to protect.

Pro tip: If you can see oil pooling, it’s too much. Ultra-thin layers build the hardest patina.

Care & Safety

Use heat-resistant gloves and tongs when working on a hot surface.
Season in a well-ventilated outdoor area.
Store puck cool and dry; keep out of direct sun.

For orders under $99 USD, a shipping fee of $9.99 USD will apply.

Freight Shipping:
For larger items or bulk orders, we use freight shipping. Freight shipments are typically delivered on a pallet, and the delivery may occur curbside or as close to a garage door as possible. Some delivery companies may call to schedule a delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location.

Pre-Delivery Guidelines:

Damage Reporting:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and send them to support@agentbbq.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
