At Agent BBQ, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following details to understand our shipping process:

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed as per our processing times. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time:
1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped with UPS, FedEx, or a freight service, depending on the size and nature of your order.

Transit Time:
5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that transit times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Fees:

• Free shipping on orders over $99 USD.
• For orders under $99 USD, a shipping fee of $9.99 USD will apply.

Freight Shipping:
For larger items or bulk orders, we use freight shipping. Freight shipments are typically delivered on a pallet, and the delivery may occur curbside or as close to a garage door as possible. Some delivery companies may call to schedule a delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location.

Pre-Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting Policy:

While most shipments arrive safely and in excellent condition, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully inspect their orders upon delivery to ensure everything is accurate and free from damage.

• Inspect Upon Delivery: Carefully examine all packages for visible damage, missing components, or incorrect items.
• Document Any Issues: If your shipment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, take clear photographs of the packaging, product, and any visible damage.
• Report Within 48 Hours: All shipping damage, discrepancies, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Submit Your Claim: Email all relevant photographs, your order number, and a brief description of the issue to support@agentbbq.com.

Prompt reporting allows our team to efficiently coordinate with shipping carriers and manufacturers to initiate a claim, replacement, or appropriate resolution.

Important: All shipping damage and order discrepancy claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied.

Upon Delivery - Freight & Package Verification:

Before signing the delivery receipt, please take a moment to verify that your shipment is complete and in satisfactory condition.

• Verify Shipment Quantity: Confirm that the number of pallets, boxes, or individual pieces received matches the quantity listed on the delivery receipt.
• Document Missing Items: If any pallets, packages, or items are missing, clearly note the discrepancy on the delivery receipt before signing. For example: “Received 3 of 4 pieces.”
• Note Visible Damage: Inspect the exterior packaging for signs of damage. Any visible damage should be clearly documented on the delivery receipt, with photographs taken whenever possible.
• Contact Agent BBQ Immediately: If your shipment arrives incomplete or damaged, notify our customer support team at (800) 870-3803 and submit supporting photographs to support@agentbbq.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and coordinate an appropriate resolution as efficiently as possible.

Important: Failure to inspect your shipment and document visible damage or shortages on the Bill of Lading or freight bill before signing may significantly limit our ability to recover damages from the shipping carrier. By signing without noting exceptions, you acknowledge that the shipment was received in apparent good condition. Claims involving undocumented visible damage may be denied. Remember, once you sign, the merchandise and the responsibility is yours!

Any and all shortages and damages must be written on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Should you determine on the bill that any items are damaged or missing, you MUST note the item, the discrepancy, and the condition of Landing or Freight Bill before you sign it!

Concealed Damage

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise immediately after delivery, as some damage may not be visible on the exterior packaging. Any concealed damage must be reported to Agent BBQ within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging and follow the damage reporting instructions above.

Our customer support team will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve reported issues.

Order Tracking:
Order tracking information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of shipment.
